We approached Nives and the IRP team in 2011 to design our dream home in Upper Kedron, having seen and liked some of their house designs at the Gap. Nives was easy to communicate with and she understood our needs and vision from early on. At our first meeting she brought along a sketch plan, based on our initial phone conversation that we felt drawn to. We have retained many aspects of this layout in our final scheme.
IRP Architects made the design and documentation process of our house smooth and enjoyable, with the work always completed on time. They closely involved us in all aspects of the design and were happy to incorporate our ideas as well. We appreciated Nives' knowledge on all building matters, her innovative solutions and her professional yet friendly approach. The 3D modelling was very valuable in visualizing many aspects of the house.
Nives and the IRP team also guided us through the tender and contract phase, taking a lot of the stress out of this process. They handled the many changes that occurred and helped design the pool during this period. In addition, Nives involvement in the construction stage and her lateral thinking in solving unexpected problems on site were much appreciated.
Having lived in our new home for nearly a year now we appreciate all the more the wonderful architectural features of this amazing house. It fits in beautifully with the surrounds, takes in all the wonderful views and breezes and is a constant attraction to passersby! We have enjoyed the experience of building our dream home and can highly recommend the services of Nives and IRP Architects who have helped us achieve this.
