We approached IRP Architects to design our 'dream home' after we saw, and fell in love with, a house near our block of land that Nives and her team had designed (The Bridge House). We had approached a couple of other architects, but Nives was very easy to talk with, she understood our specific requirements and discussed with us the way we wanted to 'live' in our home. Our site was a difficult one, as it is very sloping and there were strict council regulations. Nives' knowledge of what would and wouldn't work was invaluable.
We found the design process very straight-forward, easy and fun. The use of 3D Modelling made it so much easier to imagine what the house would look like when it was built and gave us a sense of room sizes which I find is always difficult to imagine when looking at a floor plan. While being mindful of our build budget, Nives and her team had some really great ideas which we could incorporate into the house.
Nives and the team provided outstanding client service and were always proactive in contacting us and responding to our queries and making amendments to the design.
Our house is currently being built and we can't wait until it is finished. Already we can see that it is going to be an amazing home to live in and love the design. I'll be sure to update this testimonial once we have moved in!
